This three-row SUV is built tough, but it is also designed to take care of your family with advanced safety technologies, plenty of room for passengers and cargo and reliability you can count on.
Here’s what we can expect from the new 2023 Toyota Sequoia.
All-new efficient hybrid technologies in the 2023 Toyota Sequoia
Under the hood of the third-generation Sequoia, you will find the powerful twin-turbo V6 hybrid i-FORCE MAX powertrain. First unveiled on Tundra, this engine produces 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission for maximum efficiency and performance, whether you’re towing heavy loads or just cruising on the highway. The towing capacity is rated at 9,250 pounds so you can use the Sequoia to tow a boat, camper or even a car.
The 2023 Sequoia features and all-new Drive Mode Select which includes Eco, Normal and Sport modes so drivers can tailor their drive to specific needs and driving habits. The Sequoia is also available with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension and Adaptive Variable Suspension, which are perfect for keeping things levelled and comfortable with towing.
A refined interior with enhanced technologies in the 2023 Toyota Sequoia
Inside, the new Toyota Sequoia is a notch above everything you will find in the segment. It now offers a newly designed infotainment that includes a large 12.3-inch digital instrument display and Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) in the base SR5 model. When upgrading to the SR5 Premium package, drivers get the massive 14-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia display, power third row, hands-free liftgate, SofTex-trimmed seats, and cabin and cargo 120-volt power outlets.
SR5 and Limited 4×4 models are offered with the TRD Off-Road package for the first time. This addition brings a selectable locking rear differential, Multi-Terrain Select, Downhill Assist Control and Crawl Control, which is an off-road cruise control system for low-speed trail navigation. TRD-tuned Bilstein monotube shock absorbers and TRD-tuned springs are also part of the package.
Inside, drivers can take advantage of the Multi-Terrain Monitor for a better view of hard-to-see spots on the trail, along with aluminum gas/brake pedals and a red TRD push-button start button.
